        SunYuan ISO D-P-O-Q series products are very easy to use, without any external components to achieve the PWM signal and analog signal isolation and transmission function. The ultra-small size (33.0X15.5X10.5mm) of 12-pin single-row in-line and standard PCB board mounting design effectively simplifies the user's choice of system design options and reduces the volume and wiring costs. Application 1: Current amplifier to enhance PWM drive bandwidth capability.  


The amplitude of the PWM signal output from the IC module itself is 5V, and the current driving capability is 100mA.  

If customers want to change the amplitude or expand the current driving ability, they can amplify the signal with external power amplifier circuit, the reference circuit is as follows (for reference only):


  
 

Application 2: The analog signals output from sensors and transmitters are isolated and converted into PWM signals, which are transmitted remotely and without distortion using a CAN bus module.

  
 

Application 3: The analog signals output from sensors and transmitters are isolated and converted into PWM signals, which are used to regulate the speed of DC motors.


Application 4: The analog signals output from sensors and transmitters are converted into PWM signals through ISO U-P-D-Q isolation, transmitted remotely through ISO CAN module, and then restored to analog signals through ISO D-P-O-Q.

 

Host computer communication function  

ISO U(A)-P-D-Q series ICs are equipped with a communication function with a host computer and a communication cable:USB to TTL (3.3V) level line (the conversion line can be purchased on the market), customers use the IC feet TX, RX, GND2 were connected to the USB line RX, TX, GND, the use of serial debugging assistant can read the ADC converted binary values and duty cycle values to facilitate the customer to analyze the data. The serial port debugging assistant is set to: baud rate 19200bps, no parity bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, as shown in the figure:

DIN35 rail application 1: The analog signals output from sensors and transmitters are converted into PWM signals through DIN1X1 ISO U-P-D-Q isolation, transmitted remotely through the ISO CAN module, and then reduced to analog signals through ISO D-P-O-Q.

      PIM-ISO U-P-D-Q-LED7 products are mainly used for the isolation of analog voltage and current signals and display control, in the field of motor speed control and lighting regulation used more. Its embedded digital display meter is used to measure the input voltage and current signals. Since the signals correspond linearly, it can indirectly display the physical quantities that the user wants to monitor, such as the speed of the motor, the brightness of the light, the flow rate of the liquid level, and the duty cycle of the PWM, etc., and also has the function of outputting the alarm control. The embedded intelligent digital display meter displays numbers not as direct signal measurements, but as preset values of the signal, and the zero and fullness values of the measured signal are linearly displayed relative to these two preset values through the settings. For example, if the signal input is 4-20mA, 4mA is set to 0, and 20mA is set to 8000, then the meter will display 2000 when 8mA is input, and 4000 when 12mA is input; and if 4mA is set to 1000, and 20mA is set to -1000, then the meter will display 0 when 12mA is input, and -500 when 16mA is input. The maximum display range of the digital display meter is 9999, i.e., four digits; the minimum is -1999. Its alarm function with two isolated switching outputs can be displayed, controlled and alarmed locally. The two set alarm points have positive and negative alarm direction settings. Alarm point of the alarm object for the display readings, alarm LED panel last decimal point flashes, alarm information through the digital optocoupler isolated output alarm signal.
