SunYuan OFS Series Analog Fiber Optic Interface Fully Isolated High Precision Optical Transmitters：OFS U(A)-P-Q is a low-cost programmable control type isolation transmitter with industry-leading technology applying fiber optics to transmit signals over long distances. It can isolate and amplify the analog signals from sensors, PLC/DCS, instruments and transmitters, and convert them to fiber optic signals. Sensors, transmitters, instrumentation and control equipment can be installed after the module will be collected through the fiber optic analog signal can achieve ultra-long-distance distortion-free transmission, convenient for users to monitor remotely.

     SunYuan OFS U(A)-P-Q products integrate analog amplification and conversion circuits, programmable MCU, signal isolation and control circuits in the same module, which is especially suitable for AD isolation and transmission of analog signals at industrial sites, remote acquisition and analysis of sensors and transmitters signals by fieldbus, Ethernet Internet of Things (IoT), PLC/DCS, and industrial control machine host computer. The internally integrated DC-DC isolated conversion power supply with a wide voltage supply range of 8V to 50VDC supplies power to the module's input conditioning circuits, microcontroller AD conversion circuits and output signal isolation and amplification conversion circuits, respectively.  SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures so that the device can achieve: analog signal input and auxiliary power supply, the output signal 3000VDC triple isolation, and can meet the industrial level of wide temperature, moisture, vibration, the site of the harsh operating environment requirements.

    SunYuan OFS U(A)-P-Q series products are very easy to use, without any external components to achieve the conversion of analog signals to fiber optic interface signal isolation and transmission function. The product adopts DIN35 standard rail mounting (or metal box) method, widely used in metallurgy and mining, petrochemical, electric power equipment, medical instruments, industrial automation, new energy facilities and military scientific research and other fields, the user can choose the appropriate product according to the needs of the site.

The analog signals output from PLC/DCS, sensors (temperature, displacement, pressure, flow, frequency, rotational speed) and transmitters are isolated and converted into fiber optic transmission signals by OFS U(A)-P-Q Optical Transmitter Module, and then transmitted remotely and without distortion through fiber optic, the maximal transmission distance is 2Km for multi-mode and 20Km for single-mode. 

The received signal of OFS P-O-Q Optical Transmitter Module can reduce the fiber optic transmission signal to 4-20mA analog signal for remote precision monitoring.
