SunYuan SY LED6 Digital Display Meter is connected to the measurement circuit of the transmitter with the plug connecting line. The function of this meter is to display the variable signals such as 0~5V, 0~10V, 1~5V, 0~±200mV, 0~20mA, 4~20mA, and so on, according to the set range, linearly and correspondingly with the decimal digital quantity.
This meter adopts digital tube LED as the display panel, and each segment of LED adopts constant current drive with uniform brightness. This meter with reverse, over-current protection, suitable for industrial sites, petrochemical, environmental monitoring, mining industry on temperature, pressure, flow, level and other physical quantities of control point monitoring. The input signal and panel display value of this meter are in linear correspondence. For example, if the input signal is 0~10V, the panel display 0~1000, the correspondence is 0V corresponds to display 0, 5V corresponds to display 500, and 10V corresponds to display 1000. if the input signal is 4~20mA, the panel display 40~200, the correspondence is 4mA corresponds to display 40, 12mA corresponds to display 120, and 20mA corresponds to display 200. the maximal range of display of digital display is 9999, and the minimal range is -1999. The maximum display range of the digital display is 9999 and the minimum is -1999.
SY LED6 digital display meter has alarm function with two isolated switching outputs, which can realize display, control and alarm. This function is only realized from the program, 2 PC452 photocoupler pad positions are reserved and installed when the user has the need for alarm function. The digital display meter has two alarm points with positive and negative alarm direction settings. The alarm object of the alarm point is for the display reading, the last decimal point of the LED panel flashes when the alarm occurs, and the alarm information can be output through the port to drive the alarm signal of the optocoupler.
SY LED6 adopts plastic casing, panel embedded installation, external dimensions: 79 × 43 × 23 mm, panel installation opening size: 76 × 39.2 (+0.1 mm).
Panel mounting opening size: 76.5×39.2(+0.1)mm, used for digital display of PLC/DCS/FA signals inside the control instrument or cabinet.
Attention
1, input signal and power supply should not be reversed, otherwise it is easy to damage the digital display meter.
2, can not be used in the humid and corrosive gas environment, otherwise it will reduce the service life or completely damaged.
