Sunyuan SYS UPO series analog voltage signal and SYS APO series analog current signal amplification transmitter IC, using small size (single row four feet, SIP4 Pin) low cost design, mainly used to solve sensor and instrumentation, PLC, DCS interface Matching: conversion between standard analog and non-standard analog signals such as 0-2.5V/0-5V/1-5V/0-10V/0-20mA/4-20mA. The product features ultra-high precision (0.05% error in full scale) and high linearity (0.1% error in full scale). The design uses a common ground between the working power supply and the signal channel, eliminating the need for external adjustment potentiometers and other components. Simplified scheme for zero-free and gain adjustment, suitable for analog signal conversion and amplification with zero offset in field instruments (eg 1-5V and 0-5V, 4-20mA and 0-10V input signal zero offset) The output signal zero point needs to be set to the value of “0”), which can realize the matching, conversion and remote transmission amplification function of the analog signal between the industrial field equipment interface.
 
The SYS U-P-O series and the SYS A-P-O series use advanced feedback zeroing technology to ensure high accuracy of zero and full scale values ​​within the signal input and output range. Due to the volume limitation, the internal power supply of the product is not boosted and isolated, so the voltage value of the power supply to the product must be higher than the signal output voltage value of 2VDC or more. (For example, the output signal is 0-5V, the power supply voltage needs more than 7VDC, and the 9VDC or 12VDC power supply is optional). If you need the signal to be completely isolated from the working power supply, please use our ISO EM U-P-O or ISO EM A-P-O series products.
 
The SYS U-P-O series and SYS A-P-O series are mainly used for direct high-precision conversion and amplification of analog voltage and current signals without isolation.
