SunYuan  The DHS series IC is an enhanced hybrid integrated module that combines a 6 kV four-channel digital signal isolator with a high-isolation DC-DC converter.The integrated high-isolation DC-DC converter can deliver up to 1 W of output power. When powered by a 5 VDC input, it provides an isolated 5 V output; when powered by a 3.3 VDC input, it delivers an isolated 3.3 V output. Both the multi-channel digital isolator and the isolated power supply circuitry are fully integrated into a single module. This eliminates the need for an external DC-DC converter in space-constrained and high-noise industrial applications.The DHS series can replace traditional discrete-component solutions for signal and power isolation. It reduces thermal issues associated with power conversion, increases isolation capability between power and signal paths (up to 10 kV), and enhances system safety and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

The DHS series isolators provide four independent digital isolation channels. The device performs high-speed encoding of input data and restores the original signal at the output side to ensure reliable digital transmission across isolation barriers. The isolator supports three configurable channel direction modes: （4 forward channels , 3 forward / 1 reverse channel , 2 forward / 2 reverse channels ). All devices include an optional fail-safe output function. In the event of input signal loss, the default output state is defined by the device suffix: devices with the “L” suffix default to a low output state, while devices with the “H” suffix default to a high output state. The integrated isolated DC-DC converter not only powers the internal isolation circuitry but also provides an additional isolated 5 V or 3.3 V output for external peripheral circuits. The DHS series is designed for industrial-grade operation in harsh environments, including high humidity, mechanical vibration, and wide temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. It is widely used in applications such as electric vehicle sensor signal acquisition and control, CNC machine servo systems, generator and motor condition monitoring, power transmission and distribution remote monitoring, instrumentation and sensor signal interfacing, medical equipment safety isolation barriers, industrial robotics automation, as well as mining, chemical, and nuclear power safety monitoring systems.
